Habits Coffee Co. started with a simple conviction: Anchorage deserved a coffee company that cared as much about the roast as it did about the people drinking it. So we built a roastery on Old Seward Highway and made a promise to every cup — it will be roasted fresh, dialed in, and served with intention.
We source green coffee from farms that treat their land and workers right. We roast in small batches so every bag reflects the character of that particular origin. And we bake our pastries in-house because a great coffee deserves a great pastry beside it.

Our roaster sits right here on Old Seward Highway. When you walk in, you'll smell it before you see it — that first crack, that shift from grassy to sweet, the moment a batch lands at the perfect color. We cup every new roast before it goes into bags. If it doesn't excite us, it doesn't leave the facility.
